Take a walk or hike

If you don’t normally take walks or hikes with your troop, make an exception in autumn. At this time of year, the landscape is stunning, and there’s a freshness in the air that’s absent at other times. Not only that, an autumn walk or hike is good exercise and improves your health for winter.

Some people like to choose a hill or mountain to ascend, this is an excellent idea because you challenge yourself and are rewarded with a wonderful vantage, but you can take an easy walk instead. Even local parks and lakes are lovely at this time of year.

No autumn or Halloween is the same without some scary movies. You will notice that scary movies for all age groups are released at this time of year, but you don’t have to rely on the cinema.
