• Take the paper plate and cut the center using small circle. For this step I’ve used round ruler. Take the ruler or any other round item that is smaller than the plate and draw a circle in the middle of the plate. Cut the center using scissors or scalpel. I’ve used scalpel for this step. When you cut the center you have the wreath left. One really important thing is that the plate needs to be white on the back side because you are going to use that side of the plate.
  
  
• Now, for the stars you can use some item star with the wanted size and use it as a template for the other stars. You can also print the stars in red and blue or you can draw them one by one. I’ve used a star to draw all the others. Have in mind that the stars don’t have to be too big because the wreath is not going to look nice. They have to be big as the width of the wreath. Repeat the same procedure and to draw and cut the stars. Depending how big your wreath is you will need different number of red and blue stars. In my case I needed 6 red and 6 blue stars.
  
• When you have the stars on the one side and the wreath on the other it’s time start gluing the stars. You need to cover the wreath with stars using one red and one blue. For the gluing process I’ve used regular paper glue. Repeat the procedure until you cover the wreath.
  
  
• Now you can cut a piece of the red ribbon to glue it on the back side of the wreath for hanging. To finish decorating the wreath take first the red ribbon wrap a piece around your palm and cut it. Leave that on your hand and repeat the same procedure with the white and blue ribbon. Secure them in the middle and in this way you will get a colorful bow. Glue the bow in middle top part of the wreath. With this step this project is finished.
