For this craft you will need

  • Orange color

  • Brush

  • Some decorative autumn leafs

  • Hot glue gun

  • Orange flowers

  • Cinnamon stick

  • Black marker

  • Wooden piece in pumpkin shape

How to make craft

  • First you will need a wooden piece in pumpkin shape that you can find in craft market or you can cut one by yourself. When you have the pumpkin it is time to give it some color.
  • For the coloring I’ve decided to use a few variations or orange colors to make it look more realistic. I’ve played a little with the colors as you can see. When you finish with painting you are going to leave the pumpkin to dry completely before you continue decorating because you can destroy it if the color is still wet. Just to mention that you can also use spray instead of color.
  • When you are sure that the pumpkin is dry you can continue decorating. As you can see I’ve put the cinnamon stick on the top using hot glue gun. I’ve added a few orange leafs on the one corner and a few flowers in the middle.
  • I’ve added two small branches on the opposite side and one flower in the middle of them. I’ve written the message in the middle using black marker. I’ve wrote “Hello autumn” but you can write anything you want.
