Programming Robots Activity Booklet | 9th - 10th Grade

This activity booklet was designed to fulfill the requirements for the Senior Programming Robots badge or can be used by frontier girl leaders to earn similar badges. Great for teachers and home schooled kids as well.

This booklets activities include learning about Artificial Intelligence, debugging JavaScript, and racing to solve robot vocabulary based on clues. 

Activities Include:

1. Programming an AI bot: Learn about artificial intelligence and how it can be programmed to mimic a person.
2. Debugging HTML: Learn the syntax rules of a programming language called HTML (Hyper Text Mark-Up Language), the language for creating websites. They’ll find and fix bugs (errors) in HTML code.
3. Debugging CSS: Learn the syntax rules of CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), a programming language used to change the way a website looks. 
4. Reading and interpreting JavaScript: Learn how CSS and HTML work together with JavaScript to make interactive websites and translate real code into understandable Pseudo Code.
5. Discovering Key Robot Terms: Compete to use clues to figure out critical robot vocabulary.

IMPORTANT: You will need the internet and computer for some of the activities in this booklet.
